DISTANCE LEARNING EXPERT AND LEADER

Abstract: the paper deals with theoretical foundations of training experts and leaders distance learning in order to improve their program. An expert is a specialist who has an experience developing courses, conducting classes uses skills content curator. Leaders create conditions for innovative changes that allow people organizations share vision move its direction; contribute management implementation ideas. The describes basic be developed by leader, provides typical mistakes course developers.
 Training was based on "Distance Course Examination" experienced developers courses administrators systems from different organizations. During training, students analyzed purpose according Bloom's taxonomy accessibility, complexity text design, tasks activities, test quality evaluation system as well other elements responsible learning. pilot
 results were obtained form reports about examination analysis this work done. 47 teachers educational institutions Ukraine trained only 12 successfully completed training.
 Based taking into account emergency during pandemic military actions Ukraine, program been refined. It planned use team experts, "playing" coaches new methods Particular attention paid measuring competencies.
